These terms govern shopping at doratos.com for organizers, baskets, trays, vases, and other home objects. The linked shipping, refund, payment, and privacy policies provide the detailed rules for each part of an order. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.

Store, products, and descriptions

doratos is an independent online retailer of home organization and decorative objects. We do not claim to manufacture a listed product or to be affiliated with a third-party brand unless a product page expressly says so. Review each item’s dimensions, material, color, option, purchase unit, intended use, and included pieces before ordering. Images help describe an item, but display settings and lighting can affect how a color appears. A photograph of multiple objects does not automatically mean that all pictured objects are included.

A listed size or material marked “approximate” or “estimated” is guidance, not a verified measurement or laboratory determination. Do not infer exact load capacity, food safety, water resistance, or candle compatibility where a listing does not state it. Contact us if a feature is essential to your decision.

Orders, availability, and price

You must provide accurate contact, payment, and delivery information. Placing an order submits a request to buy the items shown at checkout. We may reject or cancel an order for unavailable stock, payment failure, suspected fraud, an unsupported destination, or an obvious material error. If payment has been captured for a canceled order, we will issue a prompt refund to the original payment method. We may contact you before taking action when a correction is possible.

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes, any delivery charge, discounts, and the final total appear before submission. A product price or availability can change before an order is placed; an accepted order is governed by the information presented for that order, subject to lawful correction of an obvious error. The payment methods actually displayed at checkout determine what can be used.

Delivery, changes, and returns

Eligible orders to the 50 U.S. states and Washington, DC, including Alaska and Hawaii, receive free Standard shipping with an estimated 3–6 business day total delivery time. We do not ship to U.S. territories or APO, FPO, or DPO military addresses. Contact us before ordering to verify an Alaska or Hawaii address, PO box, or other unusual address within the stated area for the selected item; a checkout rate alone does not establish carrier deliverability. These times are estimates rather than guaranteed dates. If we cannot ship within the stated time, we will offer a revised time or cancellation and prompt refund. Contact us quickly to request an address change or cancellation. We can act only before dispatch or another irreversible fulfillment step. After delivery, the Refund Policy explains the 30-calendar-day return request window, conditions for a change-of-mind return, remedies for damaged or incorrect goods, prepaid labels for eligible returns, no restocking fee, no direct exchange, and the refund process.

Permitted site use and intellectual property

Use the site for lawful personal shopping and genuine inquiries. Do not interfere with its security or operation, submit fraudulent information, copy material in a way that violates rights, or misuse another person’s account. Site text, layout, and doratos branding are protected to the extent provided by applicable intellectual property law. Third-party product names and marks remain the property of their respective owners and do not imply their sponsorship or endorsement.

Links to third-party services, including a directly loaded map or checkout provider, may be subject to those services’ own terms. A link does not make doratos responsible for the third party’s independent content or practices, but it does not reduce our duties as the seller of an order.

Legal rights and updates

Nothing in these terms excludes a non-waivable remedy or protection under applicable federal or state consumer law. Any limit on liability or warranty applies only to the extent law permits; it does not excuse obligations to deliver purchased goods or provide legally required remedies. We do not designate a court or governing rule in a way that would override mandatory consumer protections.

We may update these terms prospectively and post a new date. The terms presented when an order is placed generally govern that order unless applicable law requires otherwise. If you have a concern about an order or these terms, contact us so we can review it.

Choosing an item for your space

Check a tray or organizer against the available surface and compare a basket or vase against the listed measurements and materials. A styling photograph is not a promise that other pictured objects are included. The product page and selected option identify what you are buying; ask us before placing an order if a detail is essential.
