Legal Notice

Last Updated: November 3, 2026

The following information identifies doratos for customer correspondence and explains how to reach us about an order or a legal concern.

Store identification

The online store is doratos at doratos.com. Write to support@doratos.com or call +1 (907) 878-0870. Our correspondence address is 13451 E Norman Ave, Palmer, AK 99645, United States. It is not a retail storefront, pickup point, or return address.

doratos is an independent online retailer. Product names and third-party marks belong to their respective owners; their appearance in a listing does not imply a manufacturing, sponsorship, or endorsement relationship unless a product page expressly states one.

Transactions and applicable rights

The product page and checkout show the item, option, purchase unit, price, taxes, shipping eligibility, and payment choices relevant to a proposed order. Our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, Payment Information, and Terms of Service explain the full transaction rules. The Privacy Policy and Your Privacy Choices page explain how to contact us about personal information.

Applicable U.S. federal and state laws may provide rights that cannot be waived by a store policy. We do not claim that this notice establishes an exclusive court or supersedes mandatory consumer protections. If a legal or consumer issue concerns a specific order, email us with its number so we can identify it without asking for full card information.

Correspondence and returns

Use the email or phone above for product questions, order concerns, privacy requests, or a legal notice. A returned product must go to the destination given in an approved return instruction. Do not send it to the Palmer mailing address or assume a carrier sender address is the correct return location.

Product and brand references

This store sells home organization and decorative products as an independent retailer. A product title, material description, or photograph identifies the offered item; it does not make doratos the manufacturer or confer rights in a third-party mark. The applicable product page states the available option and purchase unit.
