Product prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Checkout shows the applicable tax, delivery charge, available payment choices, and final total before you submit an order.
What you see before paying
The product page shows the price for the selected item or option. Standard shipping is free for an eligible U.S. address under our Shipping Policy; address eligibility and the final shipping charge, if any, are determined at checkout. Taxes are calculated for the order and shown before submission. Review the complete total before placing the order.
Payment methods available for your order are displayed at checkout and may vary with location, device, currency, and provider eligibility. If no usable method is offered, the order cannot be completed. The card symbols in the footer are informational; checkout shows what you can actually use.
Authorizations, failed payments, and security
A payment provider or bank may temporarily authorize an amount before a charge is completed. The provider controls when a declined, reversed, or unused authorization disappears from an account statement. If a payment fails or you suspect a duplicate charge, contact us with your order number and a description of the transaction so we can investigate. Do not send your full card number.
Checkout and the payment providers presented there process payment information and may perform fraud-prevention checks. We do not ask by email or phone for a full card number, CVV, account password, or one-time verification code. We do not direct customers to pay an individual by bank transfer, cryptocurrency, or a separate link sent outside checkout. Shopify and any payment processor provide technology; doratos remains responsible for the products, fulfillment, and customer support.
Refunds and recurring charges
For an approved return, we will issue the refund to the original payment method within 10 calendar days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit to your account.
An approved refund returns to the original payment method. A bank or card provider can take additional time to post the credit. We do not currently list these home objects as subscriptions or automatic renewal plans. If a future product includes recurring charges, its product and checkout terms must disclose them before purchase.
Check the exact item at checkout
A product photograph may show accessories or styling pieces that are sold separately. Before paying, confirm the selected option, stated purchase unit, and quantity in the cart. The checkout total is the amount to review for that order.
